The weight of the plating layer is made up of 55% aluminum (Al), 43.4% zinc (Zn), 1.6% silicon (Si). The volume of the plating layer is made up of more than 80% of aluminum so it can take full advantage of the benefits of aluminum, while minimizing the weakness (red rust on the exposed parts) through the self-sacrificing property of zinc.

Compared to galvanized steel plates of the same plating thickness, the durability is 3~6 times better, and we ensure that it will maintain its full performance for 20 years in standard residential areas.

The aluminum content of the plated layer is 80% (volume ratio) and can be used for long periods of time even in ultra-high temperatures (315 degree ) without surface distortion or oxidation.
